Kelton Avenue Residence

The house was designed around a series of courtyards- the entry court, the bedroom court and the living room deck opening on to a lawn. The facade is a study in layering of volumes to modulate the presence on the street. The other end of the house is scaled down to a single story volume at the living area that relates better to the back yard. All three open spaces are visually connected inside the house.
