Cheltenham Spa

Perched on a tranquil hillside, Skyspa enhances outdoor living. This project consists of a floating pool and refinished deck, with a new fire/water feature, all crafted for relaxation and enjoyment. The hillside topography inspired us to envision the pool as an elevated platform. By positioning the pool on a single cantilevered caisson, it seems to hover above an undisturbed landscape, taking advantage of the expansive valley views. This design not only maximizes the panoramic vistas but also integrates seamlessly with the natural slope. The floating pool, with its black tiles glistening in the sunlight, contrasts beautifully with the greenery. Positioned to offer expansive views, it provides a serene spot to unwind and take in the landscape.

The doghouse built under the existing deck may occasionally offer guest accommodation for the family dog's friends.
