12th Street Condominiums

The client wanted to build a multifamily housing on a lot located close to a commercial street in Santa Monica. Constrained by the allowable built area, we designed three units, two facing the street and one at the rear, separated by a courtyard. In turn each unit has its own private patio/ yard that the living space opens up to. The units are to be prefabricated and placed over the in situ foundation and basement parking.
